I'm into CrossFit, Paleo, Primal, and trail running. My blog "Kill Fat Me" is about sharing my hard-earned secrets to sustainable fat loss, fitness, and health for life. I tend to provide tips on nutrition, exercise, programs, and products. But, more importantly, I also talk about how to sustain the motivation that it takes to make this a new way of life. I can tell you this: It does work. By now, I have lost 40 pounds, sustained it for over 3 1/2 years, and I’m now faster and stronger than when I was 25 years old.
