Lunch: Ground turkey, diced sweet potatoes, pine nuts, zucchini, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, a few fresh green beans, and shredded carrots. Cooked in a little olive oil and spiced with sea salt, black pepper, turmeric, and chipotle powder.
