I'm into lifting (a mix of Powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting), cooking food that makes me feel good, and trail running. I did CrossFit for 3 years, but finally decided that it was time to train on my own using the Cube Method. I tend to provide tips on nutrition, my own recipes, exercise, programs, and products. But, more importantly, I also talk about how to sustain the motivation that it takes to make this a new way of life. I can tell you this: It does work. By now, I have lost 40 pounds, sustained it for over 4 1/2 years, put on new muscle, and I’m now faster and stronger than when I was 25 years old.
