In her words:
Mochi, 25 year old medical student, I lift 6 days a week, I work legs hard because I’ve got a large tush for my frame so it might as well look good and be strong! I do 45 minutes of cardio 4 or 5 days a week. 
Diet is my biggest challenge, I’m a vegetarian, so I eat a lot of yogurt, eggs, and protein powder.  I prefer vegetables to fruit, which has helped with lowering my body fat. 
I still have a long way to go. I only started lifting 8 weeks ago and I am in the process of completing Jamie Eason’s Live Fit program.
